December 24, 2010 – Autos.ca, one of Canada’s leading online automotive magazines with a monthly readership of over 500,000 viewers*, announces its Top Picks awards for 2011. The 23 Top Picks for 2011 were selected by Autos’s senior writers and editors who have a combined 65 years of test driving experience.
“Our Top Picks are chosen from a broad range of vehicle classes, and to be fair to the many new vehicles available in the market, we considered every new vehicle sold in Canada, not just all-new or redesigned models,” says editor, Greg Wilson.
Autos’s judges take into account such factors as styling, comfort, functionality, quality, performance, fuel economy, safety features, reliability, and value for money; and class-specific advantages such as cargo capacity, payload, towing, utility, and ground clearance.
“These are the cars and trucks we think you’ll be happy to own and drive, and when all is said and done, that’s what’s most important,” says Wilson.
