Introduced for 2010, the Honda Crosstour – or properly, the Honda Accord Crosstour – is an all-new model.
The Crosstour is a CUV with liftgate that is considered the top level of the V6 Accord sedan. It uses a 3.5-litre V6 with five-speed automatic transmission. The engine features VCM cylinder deactivation, and can run on three, four or six cylinders depending on power requirement. It comes in a single EX-L trim line in front-wheel drive, but can be optioned with all-wheel drive.
Standard features include 18-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, electronic brake force distribution, brake assist, active front head restraints, tire pressure monitoring system, automatic headlamps, heated mirrors, chrome door handles, fog lights, front splash guards, power sunroof, privacy glass, speed-sensing variable intermittent wipers, rear washer/wiper, auto-dimming rearview mirror, cargo cover, rear under-floor storage, compass, illuminated vanity mirrors, exterior temperature gauge, Bluetooth connectivity, garage door opener, auto up/down front windows, keyless entry, cruise control, tilt and telescopic leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, eight-way driver and four-way passenger power heated leather seats, two-position driver’s side memory, 60/40 split-folding second-row seat, six-CD/MP3 premium stereo with auxiliary input and USB port, and XM satellite radio.
When equipped with all-wheel drive, the Crosstour can be further optioned with a voice-activated navigation system with backup camera.
