Audi’s new head designer, Marc Lichte, gives us a peek at his first concept

Audi’s design language has hit an evolutionary dead end. Marc Lichte is here to fix that.

In the latest video from the Ingolstadt-based automaker, Lichte tells us about his own personal history and favourite cars wearing four rings. He also takes the cover off his latest creation, the A9, giving us the best view yet of the front headlight.

The new A9 is expected to lead Audi in a new design direction in the future and could foreshadow what to expect in the next A4.

We will have full details on the concept when it’s revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month.
