Bugatti’s big news for the upcoming Frankfurt auto show is a car that doesn’t exist–yet.
The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo that will grace the company’s auto show display is a life-size mock-up of the Vision GT car the company developed for the Gran Turismo video game series.
Officially, the car is an homage to Bugatti’s racing successes of the 1920s and 1930s; unofficially, the Vision Gran Turismo is a preview of the Chiron, the car that will replace the Veyron.
There are no specs yet, but those will be revealed in Frankfurt; if you happen to go to the show, the Vision Gran Turismo will be displayed in Hall 3.0 for the show’s duration, from September 17 through 27.
