Church parking lot, seems like "forgive me for what I am about to do" seems apropos.
Loved my V8 Camaro back when I didn't have a family and commitments.
My recommendation, think about a vehicle that allows silent 0-50 sprints, no one looks when you launch a 400 HP EV...
iPace, Polestar 2 ref:
https://www.polestar.com/en-ca/polestar-2

Major factors for selling:

- Lost my storage and while I have other options it's a bit of a pain in my ass to have multiple cars at this point in my life.
- Barely drive it. Only 12,000km and I got it in 2017. While I am a car enthusiast it's not like the good old days when I can go out for drives, meets, the track. Time spent at work, with the kids and/or kids programs, and my other hobbies are more important to me now (skiing, weights, cycling, running, cottage, etc).

Let's see here, no place for storage = no place for charging. And EV's advantages diminish when it's a weekend fun car type of deal. Gas and maintenance won't be a major expense in that case.

Lastly, police are trained to eyeball your speed, just saying. Volume may draw you extra attention(which is good or bad depending on the situation) but if you are speeding, cops aren't idiots. Camaro SS 1LE also has the NPP exhaust, which can be very throaty when you open it up, but also pretty quiet when you want it to be with the tap of a button. I leave mine on Sport for the most part but when it's in Touring, the exhaust is very quiet.

Honestly the Polestar 2 doesn't look bad, but as a Camaro owner it has two many doors. I have yet to see an EV Coupe that's affordable to everyman... Heck, I would love to see an EV with suicide doors like the RX-8. Appearance of a sporty Coupe and praticality of a Sedan, best of both worlds.

I have a double car garage - one that can fit the f-150. I just had 4 cars and I don’t like parking them on the driveway.

I used to have a huge commercial bay I could fit a few cars in but we rented it out.

Basically just want to consolidate into one car that can do it all. Fast, luxurious, Good in winter, can fit stuff for skiing and the cottage, etc.  Should be the perfect hint telling you what I’m going to get.

Wagon E AMG... do it!

If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Apologies as I'm out of the loop, Vmango, and not sure how many of your current cars you're consolidating into one  new one, but regardless, this is all very exciting!

Obviously the answer is always RS6 or E63  ;D. I would also lump the Panamera ST in there, however I really don't like how it isn't offered with roof rails (a minor quibble, but there shouldn't be any in that price range!).

HOWEVER, i can't help but think: if this is truly to be a do-it-all'er, including a cottage/ski vehicle, I can't help but think you'd want something with a tiny bit of ground clearance, and also a tiny bit of tire sidewall/compliance, which neither the Fast Audi nor Fast Merc would have, I don't think.

I also don't know your budget, but if you're looking at RS6 or E63 - what about a loaded Cayenne GTS/Turbo instead, or an RSQ8?

Wildcard: Audi A6 Allroad with a chip? Has a lot of the same mechanicals as a loaded V6 Cayenne (including Air suspension + rear-steer), but more wagon-y of course.

Well, at the very least, I'm sure you're enjoying the hunt!

I have to admit, that one's a beauty, and maybe it makes the most sense: a 'Camaro' for the powder days!

Big ol' supercharged V8, clearance for snow, room for skis, room for kids, perfect in my eyes  ;D

Yep! And it's a sweet paint-job too. Maybe just vow to ride a scooter in the summer to offset the carbon footprint  :P

Boys, Vman already has a big luxe SUV in the Merc, plus it's a diesel and great for long trips. And he still has the MDX & F-150... but my guess is they both go away & then it's C43, or E43 wagon.

Ahhh Ok. I don't believe they ever sold an E43 wagon here, just the E400/450, and more recently the E53.

And, the E63 S, which is on their Canadian website, which I conveniently linked to above...  ;)

Oh yes, I was just referring to the "lesser" MB wagons

The day I forget about the E63 S wagon is the day I must rightfully turn in my Car Guy card  ;)

Not as much as you would assume.  Because, of course, you are assuming.
I am. I am assuming the Jeep cant hold a candle to an RS6, E Class AMG, or Porsche Turismo in terms of "luxury."

I however have not been in the RS6 or the Porsche (been in an E Class), but going from pictures and videos...

You know there is only one answer Vman.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...
