Exterior styling on a minivan is the major hold-up for a lot of potential customers, which makes it extremely important for designers to get right.
...and they failed.
The EX trim seems like really good value, although missing the power liftgate and heating steering wheel, which I would want to have. I like that Honda is now putting the vacuum cleaner in the lower trim levels too.
Yes, that's what families need - a vacuum, but not a power liftgate. How much is a non-built-in vacuum these days? $100? $150? FFS.
First, the sliding door rail track is now integrated into the bottom of the rear window, ... – no more ugly, gaping holes.
Umm,

I particularly enjoy Honda’s instrument cluster
How's your eyesight these days?

I LOVE the "How Much Farther" app though!! So clever and cute. I mean, it'll wear off after a few trips, but still, SO CUTE! ...

In terms of value, the EX is the good spot, but certain features that wouldn't cost $15,000 are omitted clearly to bump people up. Frustrating, but nothing new (and not only Honda is guilty of this). At $50k, that's a pricey b!tch, but this thing is quite loaded compared to the pre-updated Sienna (whatever that update will be, who knows).
Great job for Honda - I'm sure this would win a comparo, too, but mah gawd I can't look at the thing, inside or out.
