the latest FortNine video is quite interesting...a look back at the Hercules motorcycle which used a Wankel Rotary engine, and a few bikes that followed (and failed) after it:

Even if it's not for sale yet, still deserves a mention when you're talking about what has happened to that design.

i know, but maybe there's just not that much info available for them to talk about, other than a limited amount on the website.

Adventure bikes as a category aren't my particular thrill - but peeps who take their bikes on serious global adventures really capture a chunk of my YouTube viewing.  Itchy Boots is my fave.  And I just came across this dude who bought a 32 year old Honda Dominator.  Rode it from Germany, through Denmark, then hopped a ferry to Iceland.  Then toured Iceland for a month over sometimes gnarly terrain.  Good viewing.

I also watch Itchy boots,   she's very courageous.  Literally driving all over the globe by herself on sketchy dirt roads.... amazing landscape. she's on her third bike i think

Yup - now riding from Equador to Alaska solo.  She's awesome.

Peeps...go to YouTube and type in "Dakar 2022" and go to Dakars official channel and watch the daily recaps. About 10 minutes long each. Tire Tracks channel also has the bike highlights.

Currently on Day 4.

Watching the guys on the bikes is awesome!

she not going straight line either.  She drives back and fort on a bunch of small roads..

Yup - now riding from Equador to Alaska solo.  She's awesome.

Oh for sure - she gives you the full tour and rarely ever rolls on a highway.  Amazing the varying terrain she covers.

Crazy guy

Good thing you are not out now!

Edmonton police are asking people to avoid driving along 23 Avenue between 119 Street and Magrath Road, as roughly 40 vehicles are stuck in both the east and westbound lanes of the hill.

Hats off to you riding in Edmonton in the winter. You lunatic.  ;)

If I'm riding it will be on studs, on a lake. Looking into campaigning a bike in the 24 hour Numb Bum. We used to do it eins ago. Trying to find a suitable bike. Likely an old KTM 510 we have at the back of a buddy's shop. We will see.
