I always find it funny how all of my non-biker friends and family always want to regale you with stories about crashes...

X2, since I bought the bike, every crotch rocketeer they are cut off by and every accident on the news is mentioned to me.
Lighten up Francis.....

Nice, that bike is looking great!

Thanks!  It's getting there.  I think fork gaiters are next.  And I'm itchin' for shorter pipes, but nothing else fits (save for maybe the very pricy Arrow pipes) as long as I keep the handy centre stand.   :-\

I keep forgetting I have a centre stand on the Tiger, haven't actually used it yet ha ha! I think I used it once to oil the chain. Will be useful for storage in Winter.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...

I ordered my Arrow pipe from Italy direct.  Was way, way cheaper.

There's a few companies that advertise and sell from Italy at significant savings. I don't know why it's so much cheaper....though the items I bought were made in Euro. Perhaps cheaper in country of origin?  I know some companies have regional restrictions..that is to say they all have to come from a certain importer/distributor in the country. Not sure if that's why?

At various times, have bought a Givi windscreen, Forma boots and some Rev-It gear direct. I remember some Forma boots I priced were $90 USD cheaper for example. That's a chunk of change once our weak CDN vs US is factored in for just a pair of boots. My exhaust was $323 CDN shipped vs. the best price of $345 USD.

Possibly the biggest retailer from there I've used is Motostorm.

If you/Jeff has a part number, I'd be happy to check it out with my contact.

Is that a Triumph part or Arrow part number?

If it's a Triumph part, it might not be available direct from an Arrow dealer, as Triumph will have part exclusivity for X years.

Ran into the same issue with Akropovic and KTM.

I can better work with that.

Wonder if a Triumph dealer in Italy might work?

Solid.  I think I'll take the introductory riding course in the spring just for fun.

this type of bike is typically a bit "large" for a first bike...however, cruisers are generally a little more forgiving as the riding style is typically a little more relaxed (than a typical naked or sport bike, for example)...you're also not a 20 year old kid (and have a family and professional career) so your maturity also plays a factor...as long as you find it comfortable (i would imagine they are), it's a kind of bike you could buy and keep for quite some time...that's the only "disadvantage" of smaller "first bike" bikes...you generally tire of them quickly and buy something else the following year.
