2020 Tmax 560

Euroland always gets all the nice scooters. :(
Cuz there is a demand for it here, and driving a car is neither practical nor easy nor cheap, and the public transports will always have places not well served.

oh, i know that...i'm one of the few who likes scooters...if i were to get another bike, it would likely be a scooter...they just make so much sense for my needs...they just aren't common here because of the negative stigma that goes with them, which is stupid.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...

Horrible. Techno creep into the last bastion of vehicular freedom.

I’m talking about your dirt bike. Not everyone’s idea of fun is changing oil and tires every other ride. Don’t get me started on carburetors.

The Africa Twin is more one big heavy dual sport than an ADV. You could put on 80/20 or even 50/50 tires if you wish.

The best part of riding any bike is tuning out the distractions, immersing oneself in the environment  and going for a ride. Anything that detracts from this is no good. IMO.

Yup, I'm the same! Loved just going out for a cruise & clearing my mind. I've never had a bike without carbs, or with ABS, but I'm approaching 50, lol!!

Honda should forget the apple car play and focus on dropping 50 lbs on the Africa Twin.

I can see that on a Gold Wing. And please keep it to the “tippy car” segment.

Ew carbs.

A lot of people ride with a cell phone mounted on their handlebars. This is a lot safer than a cell phone on the handlebars. You can use Siri for a lot of functions.

I can see that on a Gold Wing. And please keep it to the “tippy car” segment.

The Gold Wing does have it. I love that they’re trickling it down to less expensive bikes.

I'm confused;  how in the world would a rider utilize apple car play while riding?

. Its probably more for map. Set destination before leaving.  But ya getting a bike for tech stuff....

Hey Siri, find the nearest gas station. Hey Siri, call my spouse. Etc.

Also, the screen can be operated with either the toggle switches on the left handlebar similar to what the KTM 390 Duke and BMW R1250GS have. If the screen is touchscreen, it can be operated with gloves.

Obviously there is a danger with operating these things while riding but that’s up to the rider to determine when they can safely operate it if needed. Siri works really well though for most commands.
