^^I like it....but have no idea why you'd spend that kind of $$ over a Duke 790 (or Triumph Street Triple)...other than nostalgia. If that's the case, you aren't too far removed from Harley dudes...
I can never understand why you can never understand that people like different things from you.
Sure they can.
But given the tremendous amount of bikes...that offer better value, tech, etc......for less money.
Like I said...it's like buying a Harley...because you're buying for nostalgia. Rather...over paying for nostalgia.
Shrugs....to each their own. Nothing to get butt hurt about, Bob.
No one is butt hurt. It's just you say the same thing every time. "Mod your car", "Why would you buy that over a KTM?", yada yada. What if people want a bike that isn't ugly, or doesn't look like a toy, or has a dealer nearby, or is reliable?
P.S. Disclaimer about Triumph's being reliable...
You'll note I also said why over a Street Triple, too......from the same company. Do you find the Street Triple to be ugly?? Or perhaps your bike (or the retro version of it). Lotsa bike, stylish, tech, etc.
And I wouldn't exactly say Triumph has a large dealer network....
Might want to put in a disclaimer about that too.
I tend to roll my eyes when people buy Harley's...and this is the Euro version of a Harley IMO. Not much substance...some style...lotsa dollars.
Again...whatevs.
