That Suburban needs the plate "TURBOMAN" or "MERIXMAS". I'm really hoping someone here gets the reference...

Lol, we watched that movie for the first time this past Christmas. Arnold’s had no tint just like mine!

I ALMOST scored one last year in the same teal... I 100% would have ordered the plate MERIXMAS since we're allowed eight characters in Ontario.

Getting the 77 up to snuff when I have time. Got rid of the big winch bumper and replaced with a factory unit. Fairly happy with the exterior. Have a few needed things for the interior and she’s all good. Thank heavens this thing is mechanically sound, it really needs nothing in that department.

I agree.

Awesome truck. Based on recent BaT sales she’s worth about 60k.  :)

It would be down the road so fast for 1/3 of that 60k! I don’t mind square body values increasing, but some prices are just crazy.

A clean old Sonoma. Super basic but it is a 4x4 with the V6 and a 5 speed. Sold very quickly! Small trucks are always in demand, Rangers and Tacoma’s rule here.

Looks great! I still see 5x more F150s, Silverados, and Rams, but I love midsize trucks.

Woo, that's a bit of a unicorn. 97 composite headlamps, 4x4 w/ 5-speed. That'll make someone a great truck.

What to expect when buying a 18 yr old Chevy online (only on pictures) that has 440,000km on it? Well, went down to Vancouver, jumped in and drove home without any problems. A pretty decent truck that someone looked after. The 5.3 V8 runs excellent  (as expected) and the truck drives very nice. Again, this coastal stuff that’s not all rotted out is so nice. This style GM with rocker panels is rare.

I bought it for oldest son who is moving back home from Alberta. He’ll finish school here now. We figured it would be easier to buy a BC registered vehicle rather than him bring his Alberta car here and deal with the provincial inspection hassles.

Tomorrow morning I’m driving it to Calgary to pick him up. A good 1400 km round trip. The A/C works so I’ll be happy!

Rev I love your clean used car finds.

I think I'd never get rid of a car if I lived in a salt free area.

I had a ‘02 Chevy LS , traded it in for 2011 Chevy
Had about 350,000 km on it
The only thing to watch is the transfer case leaking
Which model ?

Nice! Can't remember the last time I saw one of those locally with rocker panels.

It’s a LS as well. A few odd features. It has the selectable ride control, also has all the power options you could get but has rubber floors. Must have been a factory order.

I had carpet in mine, but there was a lot out there with the rubber floor , which was nice on the job site
I had a sunroof and heated seats installed on mine

My Ranger had a rubber floor, and I loved it.  I never had to worry about dirt or mud.  It was super easy to vacuum and then wipe clean.  And, as long as you have comfortable seats and comfortable places to rest your elbows, who cares about whether there's carpet on the floor?  I wish my Tundra had a rubber floor instead of carpet.

Frick that its nice shape. Anything around here of that vintage has its rear fenders falling off. Love the rubber floor, what a great idea in a truck.
Lighten up Francis.....
