First BC additions to the family. A 1994 Camry V6 for my 18yr old son. We paid $500 for it, 370,000 km, new winters, and a safety. Runs like a top. We’ll see how reliable it is as the boy is driving to Calgary today.

Second is one special truck. It’s a 1977 Sierra Grande 3/4 ton 4x4. One owner, 383 4 speed stick, all factory options you could get in 77. Even has the rare factory tachometer. Was restored in 1999 and aside from some clearcoat peel looks great. It has 55,000 original miles. I LOVE this rig! I have the factory bumper and will be ditching the winch setup ASAP.

Good looking truck. I love the two tone paint of that generation. 8)

That’s a classy colour combo.

It's a decent color combo for a 70's truck as so many greens/yellows/browns/pastels were so popular at the time. A guy in Alberta has the same color upper but he did woodgrain wrap in the middle. looks amazing.

Squarebody! Love these things! 383 though... Wasn't that a stock Mopar engine size? GM's V8's of the time were 305, 350, 400 and 454. IIRC, a 350 can be bored to 383, common rodder mod.

It's a 350 with a 400 crank giving it a longer stroke. The original owner owned a auto/machine shop and wanted more power. The truck had a camper on it most of its life.

The XV10 Camry (1992-1996) is widely recognized as the most reliable one ever made. Congrats!

Its amazing just how smooth and quiet that V6 is still.... even after 370,000km. He made it the 600 km trip back to Calgary, said it ran perfect!

Had to find something for the winter. Was looking for a RX300-350 but nice one here are just too much money and fairly scarce. Found this 2004 328ix AWD with 230k in Vancouver, delivered and tax-in it cost me $3100. Was sold green light at dealer auction (local trade). Arrived Saturday, so far no mechanical issues and everything works except for the rear tailgate. Fingers crossed I got a somewhat “reliable “ FGC.

Even if ya didn't, you're not out a whole bunch of money after spending a mere $3100.  Nice find!

Beautiful truck...hold on though, that looks like a Warn 8274 winch, if it is, thats worth a pile load of money as its a very desirable winch, Warn still fully supports it with parts and upgrades.
Lighten up Francis.....

That's the winch I have. It's mid 70's from the serial number. I've advertised the entire bumper with winch for $300....crickets so far lol

Really??!?! I've seen guys sell those winches, in not working condition for more than $200. You would think someone with a Jeep needs a good christmas presents round those parts.  ;D

Found a nice original 1985 Chrysler Lebaron GTS Turbo. Only had one owner and is very well preserved. I’m unable to find any sort of rust on this car which is really strange as these rusted from the bottom up.

It’s a full load with leather, voice warning system, digital dash and a full function trip computer. Previous owner really looked after this car, I could imagine how modern these would have seemed 35 years ago. Don’t know the mileage as the button that switches between trip and odometer isn’t working, but I did find a oil change receipt from 2015 that read 91,000 km. It’s also quite enjoyable to drive, the old 2.2 turbo pulls ok and there’s not a bad ride/handling balance. When it stops raining here I’ll give it a good detail.
