I was thinking more like this...Yes, fuel door is rusty, but it's $1500 with 123K!

Said I wanted one of these, have so since I was a kid.

1996 Tahoe, rare "sport" package, leather, all the toys. It's a US truck too, amazingly clean overall. Really enjoying this one.

Those are fantastic....buddy of mine built a hardcore wheeling rig out of one with a Duramax swap.

Love those too. Sweet trucks, there are still a few of them around here but they're all totally rotten. Don't recall ever seeing one in Pewter either, most were white or black.

The color certainly wouldn't have been my first choice for the sport model. Maybe in time it'll grow on me. These are even pretty rotted out in Alberta, under the doors and rockers are particularly bad areas for rust. This truck was a Arizona unit until 2007, hasn't seen much use in the last 10 years.

Cool rig. I had that colour on an Escort - never grew on me but an Escort isn't nearly as neat.

that colour is awesome...i doubt any other colour hides dirt better than that.

Geez...haven't posted up anything in a bit lol. This is a 07 STS I picked up awhile back. I took it down to Kansas and back in April. Nice road car, rides nice, quiet, comfy, and even has surprisingly decent power out of the 3.6 VVT V6. I quite enjoy pretty much everything about this car (save for the stark and bland excuse for a cadillac dash) Think I might keep it around for awhile.

Those are a great bargain right now if you can get past the somewhat awkward angles and the low rent dash. Otherwise, sweet driving comfortable car, decent fuel economy outta the V6, and all the luxo gadgets.

I've had nothing interesting for awhile....just common pickups we all see 100 times a day. This one was a good for fun though! Last week i was asked to place a bid on a couple Dodge Caravans... a 2006-2007- and a 2010 model, all from a leasing company. So a little Daimler Chrysler UN-LEMONADE because these vans are in fact very well built.

The 2006 had 860,000 kms

The 2007 has 621,000 kms

The 2010 has 530,000 Kms

All have original engines (3.3L V6) all but the 2010 had tranny rebuilds. I bid $50 on the 800k, $200 on the 621K, and a whopping $500 on the 2010 with 530k. All but the 800k unit were in really clean shape inside and out. The 800k van had considerable wear inside and several dents and rust.

I ended up with the 2007 with 621,000 for $200. Frankly amazed at how tight this thing still is, no rattles, vibrations, leaks, or any options that don't work. The seats are still in great shape and the engine sounds great. It cruises down the highway extremely well, nice and quiet.

I figure I'm stuck with this thing though. I doubt very much anybody is going to buy a van with this kind of miles. Just insure the thing and let my two teenage drivers beat around in. Unless someone here on Autos wants it!!

Wholly crap, over 600k kms and it's still running & in decent shape!! Searhardburger was worried about his wife's 2009 City Golf with only 130k kms, this should ease his mind  :rofl2:

No funky odors at all surprisingly enough, not even any signs a smoker drove it. has a bit of that seedy hotel mildewey smell through the a/c vents that I find pretty normal for used vehicles 10+ years old.
