Open the wash machine to see all this confetti everywhere wondering where it came from. Then I remember that I must have left a paper bill + envelope in my shorts when washing them.  Yep, that is what is was. Normally I'm very good at checking all the pockets first.

Well, just to be that guy, fob, indian people ar technically asian too and theybare brown.... ;D ;)

In that case I would have asked for the indian guy. I've wanted to ask, is brown guy offensive??
Yes, people would complain. The "rules" are made up as they go.

Recently, on Bill Maher, he used the word "nigger" when making a joke. Because comedians make jokes on comedy shows...even offensive jokes sometimes. So naturally, some people lost their minds and he had to apologize.

The next week he had black people on. They chastised him hard about how offensive the word is...while in the same breath using a racially charged word on him (redneck). Naturally, that was perfectly acceptable and no one said a peep. So they continued to explain how terrible and offensive the word is and how it must never be uttered..even jokingly. Oh..but wait! Only black people can use that word! It's THEIR word!

I'm sorry...a word is either terrible or it isn't. And while we're on the topic, I can't remember the last time I heard a white person say that word...yet I hear it constantly used by black folks.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Speaking of using the N word, I've always liked the interview scene from Deep Cover.

A bird that must have been at least the size of a Pterodactyl took a poop on the Miata.

It was a normal sized bird.  The Miata is just toy sized.  :)

haha! oh fob... i'm with you. i did the same thing when someone asked who i was referring to... i figured it really would save time if i actually did that, so like you said... "tall, black guy"... turns out i offended someone. saying "african american" is putting even more emphasis on culture and all that... all i was doing was describing.

anywho... today riding on the trails, 7 people with dogs... 3 of which weren't on leashes. i have no issues, but it really made me have to come to near stops as the base of some big climbs... really screwed with my momentum... dogs wanted to "run beside me" or get right in my way... so annoying.

oh, speaking of biking... you make me feel really lame john... i can't ride 25 mtn on a good day when i do nothing else.
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

What's with the growth in BMW key fobs?  Here is our 2011 compared to a 2017. The new one is pretty awkward to carry in a pocket.
Old Jag convertible...one itch I won't have to scratch again.

Must be the same cycles as cell phones.  Big, small, now big again.

+1. I remember when mobile phones were meant to be...well, mobile. Now my current smartphone (a 5") is too big to carry comfortably in the pocket, so I guess my next phone I'm going to try and downsize.

Perhaps I shall pick up a Sony Xperia Z3 Compact which is 4,6"......versus the 5,2" I have now on the M4 dual SIM.

Then again, my current one is nearly 2 years and still running fine, so hard to see the need to replace. Doesn't fit so easily in the phone dock in the BMW with its size.

I still think the most clever design is the Renault keys, which are flat and card-sized.

Yeah the iPhone SE is a legit choice if you want a smaller phone. Specs are similar to the iPhone 6S.

I was tempted to get a 7 Plus this time around for the better battery life and better camera but it's just too big. I think the screen size sweet spot for me would be between the 7 and the 7 Plus.

my LG G5 GPS stopped working well a month ago.
still have warranty so sent it in, but we shall see what happens.

takes 5 minutes to lock on to GPS signal, then it loses it in a minute, takes another couple minutes to lock on.

makes using Google map interesting as my location jumps all over the map....

Driving thrills makes my wallet lighter.. and therefore makes me faster because i'm shedding weight... :D
