Ya that’s a sweet pickup, but the shifter is lame. Trying way too hard.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

Sitting on the front deck a few minutes ago when a snarly engine sound caught my ear and then along comes an orange Aventador.  Pretty impressive looking car and a rare sight around here.  Love to hear it opened up!

Cool, I dig the truck for sure, that shifter looks very awkward to actually use though. Mexican blanket seat covers and improvised wiring wrapped around the steering column give it good beater vibes.  8)

Depends if you are firearms people or not.  I thought the shifter was brilliant.  He came by to show my son and I a brand new Finnish made 308.  Fantastic.  He doesn't drive that vehicle anywhere really.  The unburned gas fumes are wicked.  It's a novelty.

I would have gone for a collapsible stock off a modern rifle if it would have been me. That truck is wicked, also, his own gun range......

I would love to be able to step out on my back porch, crack a beer open and then begin target practice.
Lighten up Francis.....

I pass by this every time I go to Tamworth, it's in the front window of a defunct car dealer which is now mostly used for storage.  I met the owner, she lives near me and had it in a canvas and aluminum garage in her driveway for years.   She inherited it, it's unrestored and just so cool.

I'll try to get better photos when the light is different.
