Nice! Looks solid and pretty original. I also had one in that color years ago...iirc it's 'Maple Brown' vs. the more popular and darker Russet Brown.

Just imagine - a car company with a not only one brown color but two to pick from! :winner:

One of my neighbours got himself a new-ish replacement X5 Diesel the other week. He bought the last year for the Diesel whatever that was.
He said the old X5 Diesel was giving him transmission problems at ~388,000. That's pretty good for a FGC.

300,000+ Kms on any vehicle is impressive but an FGC is even more so.  The only other FGCs that I have heard getting into those type of numbers are the older VW TDIs and older Mercedes diesels.

Saw an unmarked police car in action, stopped on the road shoulder serving a customer (lights activated)  ;D. I was drving on the opposite highway direction and it appears to me being a "small" silver coloured Chevrolet Trax with a split front fascia but who knows, maybe it was an Equinox after all...?  They  all looks the same to me, can't say for sure !

Just watched our resident skunk head out for his evening stroll.  We've had skunks living under our shed since we moved here 13 years ago and this was the first time my wife has seen one.  One of our dogs found them out the hard way not long after we moved in and I've since learned to keep them inside after dusk.

yes, yes it does.  Any V8 AMG sounds great.  There was an older CLS 63 AMG prowling around my work neighbourhood a couple weeks ago.  There's an Indy nearby who specializes in german cars, so I often see the techs taking the cars for brief test drives.  Even at low RPM's those AMG 63's sound fantastic!

While working out in my yard last evening I heard a nice V8 rumbling out of the neighboring subdivision.  Waited to see what it was and along comes a AC Cobra in red with two white racing stripes down the hood.  What a beauty!  Lots of interesting vehicles coming out of there but that one was the nicest yet imo.  Another notable one is the Ferrari 308 GTS.  Quite the contrasting soundtrack between the two though.

Very sharp - the rims from an SM.

Boss!
Years ago I worked with a guy who had a an SM. When he started it up it would smoke like he was burning a cord of wood. Once it warmed up though all the aluminum would tighten up and it would run clean.

I actually saw a Suzuki Equator a couple of days ago, I was pulling into PrincessAuto, he was pulling out.
Of course I wasn't driving mine.
