Truck hit the power pole outside my house. He was probably doing 120+km/. The frame seperated from the cab and the motor is 10 ft away. The guy walked away, beer cans everywhere.
And now all I can think is that there's a perfectly good LS V8 on my neighbors lawn.  It's a little on fire, but it seemed to run well

Time are slowly changing..

Guy, I thought about you also when a dark grey Leaf passed by me having a fat bike on it  8)

Chevy Volt at the side of the hood with its hood up.  Still had battery power for the flashers.

First time for everything, I suppose.

All cars still have a 12V battery to run computers, as well hazard too!

Maybe he/she runs out of windshield washer, GM removed the low level sensor with 2013MY, cheap trick it was...

During our afternoon covid walk today, first one I've seen in the "flesh".  I quite like it although I don't think I'd ever buy one.

Tow truck driver was possibly already gone before he hit the house.  My friend's wife saw it coming through the front window and got the he11 out of the way.  Son was upstairs and got out through a window.   Friend was at work AFAIK

Wow. I hadn't seen the tow truck.

Wow, that's crazy!  :o  I didn't notice the tow truck either but wondered where the piece of iron sticking out of the house came from.

Yeah, had to go back for a second look. What remains of the chimney has got to be holding on by a thread.

Saw one of the Lambo suv things in Beaumont, its striking, but not in a good way. I don't know what they cost, but its not something I would aspire too.

Today was the first time I've seen a Tesla using the supercharging station not far from my house.  Funny too because I had to pick up a cargo trailer from my work partner and he mentioned the charging lot as a good transfer area because it's never used...lol.  The guy charging his Model 3 looked to be in his late 70s as well.  Looked like he was sitting there watching the huge video display while the battery charged.   8)
