An Isuzu VehiCross. Strange but kinda neat looking cuv thing before cuvs were a thing.

Probably the same one I've seen.  There can't be many in Winnipeg.

Agreed, this one was parked in the North Kildonan area
ex rides: 93 Aerostar XLT AWD

they were never sold in Canada, so any you do see were imported from the US or overseas...if you've seen on in Winnipeg, it's likely the only one.

Silver and black, IIRC.

I think most were that colour scheme although they were also offered in yellow.

They’re neat. I knew someone with one probably a decade ago.

they do look neat...not sure why they never made it here (since they were in the US).

There were a few things the US got in that era that we didn't. I seem to recall the bumper standards were slightly different then.

Yes, I believe we had 5 mph bumper standards while the U.S. was 2.5mph. I believe that's also why we didn't get the Pontiac GTO.

I think we both had 5mph at the same time but when the US relaxed to 2.5 Canada stayed at 5 for a while.

Wife and I went out for dinner tonight and a black Volvo V90 pulled in and parked beside us as we were leaving.  Still one of the best looking cars around imo.  I watched a couple of reviews of the V90 within the last few days and just finding out that the V90 wagon has a shorter wheelbase than the S90 sedan.  There are so few around here that i've never seen the two close enough together to notice.

There was a also a bumper height rule, don't know if it differed between US and Canada, but 40 years ago 911s came with a spacer on top of the front shocks to go along with the higher ride height of NA cars as opposed to ROW (rest of world)

When the S90 debuted it had the same wheelbase as the V90, and then the next year they started offering the S90L with the longer wheelbase which was made in China. Then they discontinued the short wheelbase S90 in North America. So all North American S90s are built in China now while the V90 comes from Sweden.

V90 like the v60 is gorgeous. Engine is a major letdown IMO.
Yeah, the old I6 was much more entertaining...

I still like the previous gen V60 Polestar (except those stupid gauges) but the pricing on them is crazy. $50K for a 2018 which doesn't have the I6.

I don't remember a twin turbo? I know the 5cyl had 3 versions, there were 2 high pressure turbo (300 hp & 256hp), or the low (207hp). The high was in the V70R, S60R & V70 T5, S60 T5, while the low was designated as the 2.5T in both.
