Do you realize that in about 30 (updated as requested) years, we'll have millions of old ladies running around with tattoos?

^^^ sensible fellow.  In the long run it will be easier to mend and worth more.       There is a good Wheeler Dealer episode on the Morgan 4 ( or 4+ or 4/4 )

99% sure I saw a blue McLaren P1 today.  Did not know one lived in these parts.  Didn't see the plate, so not sure if local.

There's a P1 in my bils neighborhood in kelowna.  Also a Aventador a few houses down the road from his.  I was out walking the dog by the guys house just as it was coming out of the garage, so I stood there for a bit and talked with the guy about the car.  He claimed only 2 of that config produced. Ive got a pic of the car somewhere. On the other side of the garage i could just make out a Mercedes SLR.  Both cars had Alberta plates.

I was quite impressed by the amount of nice cars in such a relatively small city.

I know exactly where you are!   :rofl2:  Did they tear down the entire (sad and tired) mall?  What's going on over there?

Yes, the old mall is finally coming down. To be replaced by two apartment towers. Interesting, I thought they would be condos but no, luxury REIT apartments.
I have the plans around here somewhere that I will attach.

Wow.  Well, it was bound to happen.  Prime real estate right there.  What about that strip mall at Burloak and Lakeshore?  The owners were cranking the commercial rents way up to get businesses to leave for the same reason, IIRC.

I assume you mean Lakeside Village Shopping mall? That I know of, nothing is definite. I think they are looking at making it more green as currently it is pretty much 10 acres of pavement and a rundown brick plaza. There is quite a bit of renovation going on across the street at the Burloak Waterfront Park. They are working on the 2nd phase of construction.

^ Nice!  Proper colour for a McLaren as well.  8)

I think somebody down the road from me bought the Merc S-Class Cabriolet i keep seeing around.  I’ve seen it drive by my house a few times this weekend while i was out working in the yard.  It has a very subdued sound while accelerating.
