It's softer than the LS.   Old man x10 but still looks nice.

Softer than the standard LS in normal mode - and too soft for my liking.  Felt at least as good if not firmer in sport mode though.

Looks better than the LS, in my view.

This is an interesting thread.

Embrace the chase, man! I really like finding the right car at the right price. Have fun with this!

Nice car...I thought it looked too much like a Genesis for my taste. Not that the Genesis is bad looking. But I guess if you don't want anyone to know what you're driving..this is the way to go.

The owners manual was an iPad. Make sure the car has it!
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Really? I've seen a few of these cars around and can tell them apart from a Genesis. The Genesis seems quite a bit smaller and "generic". The Equus, on the other hand has impressive presence. Of course most folks won't be able to easily identify an Equus.

As long as it's built to a standard and not just a price point then I would have no problem owning a Hyundai over a Lexus.  It would be neat to hoist them up and compare the business parts.

There are definite similarities but I can tell them apart. Some say the LS looks just like a big Camry. But I don't see it.

I will say that the Equus looks much better in personal than in pics. I was like THIS is it? It has a premium presence that the old Genesis didn't, IMO.

What else does it have? Massage rear seats, a drink fridge?

Nice in white.  However, if that tint is 20% on the side windows it's wrecked.

Driven a car with 20% tint at night in an unlit area?  Turns are not safe.  So stupid to install on a car like that.  Lowers the resale. Liability can come back on the Dealer.

Tint isn't that dark.  The rear and side power shades were up.

And yeah, this particular one had the reclining rear seats with ottoman for the right seat.  Rear entertainment package and fridge.  I'll most likely forego that Ultimate package and stick with the Signature.

 :iagree:

Don't love the wheels but don't hate them - chrome would bug me more and I think the 2011s had those.  Besides, I'd have to save my dough for mounted snows.

5x114.3 pattern. Lots of Kia/Hyundai OEM rims can be found on Kijiji and used as snows. My winter rims came from Genesis Coupe and I'm glad I didn't get some cheap aftermarket ones.

Tint is easily removed.  I've had it removed successfully.

Past 3 cars, I have had the dealer put the max legal tint on all the windows.  Not sure what the % is.  Just like many car designs, style over function....Since I am used to, I really don't notice any visibility issues.
