The LS is kind of in a class of one among the vehicles I am considering. Plus if I am ever going to own a V8 awd luxury sedan it's probably now.

Out of curiosity, did you look at an Infiniti Q70L with the 5.6 V8?

I'd say leaning 460 but still undecided. I'd have to look up dimensions but I would guess no more than 14 cu ft and oddly shaped - very shallow and very pinched in around the wheel arches. Just eyeballing it there is no way in heck it could swallow that last road trip luggage load.

Thanks Ted. 42 is a little high for me for used. I'm more looking 30 to 35. That's a beautiful car, though. Unsurprisingly, there are even fewer Ms around than LSs.  I'll still check one out though as I am interested to see how it compares.

I was very disappointed in the M37 when I drove it while shopping for the [eventual TL]. FWIW I thought the TL was better in just about every category and the GS350 blew it away.

I found the same. It looks fantastic on paper but in real world just comes across really meh.

Now if you swap the powertrain for the V8 or the hybrid then things can change for sure.

Yeah, I would not bother with the M without going for the V8 or Hybrid but Roger does not want too gp over $40k. For me, the 3.7 won't provide enough giddy-up. Really nice interior though and I like all the curves n the body. Certainly you don't see one everytime you turn the corner.

There is one M56 with about 127 or 137k on it on the market. It has been there for ages. I think both me and another poster both looked at it...

     I looked at its service history and I've never seen another MIJ car that would be so cursed.
