I searched on google for "ugly car grille" and it's staggering how many Lexus/Toyota products come up.

The grille on this makes the 4th gen TL look like Megan Fox!   ;D

I wonder why they do not offer the hybrid in Canada ?

OliverD,

Thanks for the stats . Once again the numbers really spell out the stark contrast between American and Canadian tastes.

Maybe a wagon version would sell in respectable levels up here but, then again, the Yanks would not want it.

I second the opinion on the Chevy SS. We got the Pontiac G8 so why can't we have the SS?

Probably because sales are so low to begin with that it just wouldn't make sense. When the current Avalon debuted I opined that they should sell only the hybrid in Canada. At least that way the Avalon would stand out amongst its competition.

I like this car, I really do. I test drove it when it first came out and if not for the stupidity of the sales person at Tony Graham Kanata who tried to sell me a demo at a premium over MSRP, chances are I would have bought one.
Then again, I've made some odd car choices over the years.

It's funny, my neighbour has the E350, probably the same year.  And I park the Odyssey next to his MB.  So your driveway probably doesn't look that much different...

Canadians don't like big cars without premium badges.  That's why it doesn't sell well here.
