Pre Show n' Shine".
For those that are not familiar with this story, here's a bit of a summary. If you are aware of all this $hit, skip to the next post.
My wife and I both work at the same place, so really only "need" one vehicle.
About 18 months ago, we bought the Crosstrek as the efficient daily driver/grocery getter/get us to work appliance, and it works well in that role. Is it fun to drive?? Well... not really - unless there is a foot or so of snow on the ground.
Since that Crosstrek purchase, my mind has been all over the place with what to buy (if anything..) Lexus IS350 F Sport, Mustang GT, Fiesta ST, Lexus IS-F, some kind of FGC, MX-5, S2000.. probably a couple others i'm forgetting. Since the Crosstrek is the practical machine... what will come next needs to be impractical - - something that fun is priority # 1.
I did consider all of the above.. .but kept coming back to the MX-5 over & over. For me it is "just right", and it looks fantastic.

That particular one was sadly equipped with an automatic transmission, but otherwise is what I want. So... factory order.
Fine with me, as i don't want to take delivery until next spring anyway.
