I think if more people test drove a new Jag they might be inclined to buy one. The problem (as mentioned above) is that the dealership network is virtually non-existant. I really couldn't have cared less about Jaguar until I started to drive a few. While they may not look like they did 20 years ago (what does?), they are still universally handsome cars and really nice to drive. Any thing with an "R" badge and those noisy pipes is tons of fun. I'm sure the reputation for questionable quality still hangs over their heads at Jaguar, suggesting that Lexus buyers are unlikely to go anywhere near the brand yet, I'd like to think that buyers of FGCs would be no worse off.
Surely the XE and F Pace will do good things for the sales figures.
