Dude, EPIC short story!  Publish the sh!t out of this thing!  you're both :winner:s in my books!

Crazy about that crash though!  Amazing - you were cautious and careful around the bend, and then a sudden twitch...but the story about getting the GT40 back up and going - truly amazing - as was the rubber chicken.  Was there any purpose to that other than being adorable?

Thanks for sharing, James!

rubber chicken was just funny because of the strands of fiberglass around the front end.

Wow, that sounds like it was one helluva adventure!!

Doesn't Mark McDonald also own a blue/white Pigeon Performance 427 Cobra?  If it's the same guy, I've tried to pop in at his home a few times to introduce myself, but every time I've been there, he was out.  I've met his dog, his wife, his kids, but not Mark...

Great job, and good write up too!

I'd love to do this one day.  In something a bit slower.

What an amazing experience that must have been. Looks like way more fun than the Cannonball run they do in the US.

I wonder what our boy from Calgary raced this year (the guy that crashed the Enzo into the drink a few yrs ago)

That guy hasn't come back.   He was only doing fast tour as well,   no business crashing in fast tour.
