I'd be interested to see. Ahead to head between an ND and an S2K on the track. I think the Miata would acquit itself a lot better than most think.

I think it would do fine.  But the S2000 is just so polished and so good.  And the engine is incredible along with the tranny.  Even if the Miata handled as well as an S2000....it still doesn't have the engine or the tranny of the S2000.  For me, those are pretty big things.

That is why AutoGuide called off the test session and turned it into fun laps for the participants. They wanted the comparison to be credible  :) It will be postponed until spring.

The OEM's sets policies for auto testing and track participants.  You know, all that legal stuff.
