I hope it will be at the Detroit Autoshow, but I doubt it.  Too early...

Keep that 2012 Odyssey in good condition!  When your minivan days are over...

After 9 years and 170,000km, my 2003 looked like this:

Pretty low mileage for a 9 year old van.  Looks good.  Hmm, what colour is the new one?  Where go to Montreal once a year, at least!   ;)

So instead of washing the van once a month, with a black van I might have to do it once every 2 weeks!

More like once a week.

With the van, especially used.  Unless I see a lot of dirt on there, I don't care.  I care more about the interior and clean windows

Wrong.  More like daily, especially if you live in a dusty environment.

^ Nope not dusty at all.  Even my neighbours black E series stays pretty clean.  He washes it, and/or has it washed biweekly, and it usually looks pretty clean when just commuting to Oakville.  Won't catch me driving my Mazda6 near a new development.
