Fault not found has never, in my experience, been the response after the warranty expires. At that point, there is always a service recommendation. During warranty coverage? Well, fault not found tends to be pretty common.

Ask them to chk my cam follower which they extended the warranty to 180k km(car was at 98K), after dropped the car 2 days for them and the reply was tech checked over and there is nothing wrong on mine!!! You are good to go!!
