I want to see the dyno chart.  How much of that peak torque is available at lower RPMs?

pretty damn impressive... i am a little old school with my "no replacement for displacement" stand on engines... sure turbos and super chargers are great, but you can always do that later!

very impressive... i'm not a mustang guy at all, but this is one nice machine that would turn my head for sure
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

You're not entirely wrong.  Guaranteed Ford is using a 'hot' cam above 3000RPM.  Below 3K the engine will be sedate and dare I say it, fuel efficient.  Go above 3K though then you engage the hot cam and all hell breaks loose.
