A note on corrections
« on: April 13, 2015, 09:25:57 am »
Hi all,

We have the best group of sub-editors/proof readers/fact checkers on the internet. And that's bloody awesome. Seriously, thank you.
If you see a mistake or a typo in an article, could you please do us a favour and PM me as well as/instead of posting in the forum thread. We do occasionally miss those comments in the forum and/or take too long to see them. PMs we get immediately and can usually act on faster.
While it's always embarrassing for us, we'd rather be able to fix our mistakes then leave them up, so we really do appreciate your efforts. Keep it coming!

Jacob

No problem.  I will do so.

Only thing you might find is you'll get several of us PMing with the same info.

Can we charge 10c per correction, if we're doing your job for you? ;)

It is extra work to pm him, so it seems fair  ;)

You're missing a period on the end of that second sentence, and the first word inside the parentheses should be capitalized.

Shall I PM you?   :rofl2:
