Didn't like it. His wife died...no deal! Some BS anyway. They smelled nice...opened the doors on their fancy SUV's when they pulled up and the wind was just right I could smell them over my dog taking a shi#...the headache in those things must've been enormous. 1 spritz boys...save some for next time.
Not even sure those would make good revenue properties...if you could get $500/mo rent...and knowing the kind of tenant's you'd get...probably never be paid off.
