$22k for that Ranger is insane. But boy, what a clean low mileage little truck. I love that Town Car, could do without the whorehouse red interior though.

Well, it’s also missing the wire spoke wheels, whitewalls, and obligatory padded vinyl roof with opera lamps. So if we’re going full hog may as well get all the good stuff!

Wow, all those prices are pretty wild. The Neon is cool, looks mint, 90's teal, and clearly oil sprayed with oil seeping out of the door bottoms. I like those 2-door Regals from that generation, my boss in the shop way back in the day had one as a 'shop car' think it was originally his daily and then got demoted to just hang around the shop and run errands, wasn't a GS, just a base model with the 3.1L, but it was super reliable and drove well, comfortable and solid.

That was the colour to get if you ordered a Grand Marquis with the DeSade package.

I don’t think I’ve seen a cleaner looking one.  I think this is worth all of what they are asking.  These last for a long time.

Yeah, the price is in line with what similar ones have sold for on BaT. Might be tough to find a buyer around here though.

Those who know, know, and buy those mint Duramax trucks right up. My dad in law called me about one of his old pals who passed away and the family was auctioning off everything. He had a 2006 (most desirable year/engine) crew cab with 97,000km. He figured I could pick it up for $15 grand or so, I laughed and told him it would bring $45,000+. The hammer fell at $53,750….plus buyers fees. He was shocked to say the least.

Wow that's a clean truck. Kinda funny, a clean well spec'd GMT800 is more desirable and pulls in more $ than a lot of the performance cars of the era.

I saw another one on Facebook that was a bit higher spec but likely not quite as “clean” and with 170,000 kms for $20k.  Seems like these certainly hold their value much better than any other pickup of that era.

They hold their value very well. Certain years and specs are definitely more desirable than others. The Fords with 7.3’s and of course Ram Cummins trucks command huge money as well. So many want the older pre-emission diesel’s just for their reliability alone.

Found a couple more mint looking older vehicles for sale.

Firm will like this one, seems like an excellent price also.

This one you’d figure someone would be asking a stupid price for considering how rare these are in this condition and how desirable they were back in the day.  I didn’t even know this “edition” existed.

That Celica is just a base GT rather than GT-S, probably explains the reasonable price.

I thought I read on a google search this morning that all of those tsunami editions were GT-S’s, but you could be right.

Nice looking car that appears to be in good shape, except for "Driver's seat has 2 small tears. CD player does not read cds. The EVIC (electronic vehicle information center) does not work and the tac does not go above 2k rpm."

So is it the Tach that does not go above 2k rpm, or the engine?  Because those are two very different issues with different levels of 'gotta fix it'.   :rofl2:

That DTS looks pretty clean, especially for an NB car, cheapy aftermarket rims with some real aggressive winters, and the sensor(s) for the rear air ride are dead so the system is defaulting to full height.

These "baseball caps" were pretty rare, and basically made a MINI even less practical. In the oddball MINI dpt, I prefer the Paceman:

Basically, a 3-door MINI built on the Countryman platform.

While on the topic of listed MINIs, this one is the next street over from me, and it fell into the eyes of two of my girls :

Looks pretty minty, but asking is a bit dear for an fbc/fgc blend that's right off the warranty.
