Found a 2008 Cayenne S on marketplace not too far from me, it has a dead starter and possibly a bad valvetrain sensor or similar.
Guy just wants it gone now, should I look at it?
I approve

Looked at it a couple of hours ago.
From the outside, it looks perfect.  Open the doors and the bottom is rusting out on 3 of them, driver's the worst with holes in the bottom.  Driver's seat is hard like plastic and has a crack in the leather, don't know what they used on it.  Passenger seat is fine.   Underneath it could be worse, but has the same rust spots as mine on control arms, fuel-tank straps, etc.
I could get it for $2k, certainly cheap enough, but I don't want to deal with the rust.  I don't mind working on the mechanical/electrical stuff, but the rust makes it still look like crap every time you open the doors.

Will keep looking I guess.
How about a manual GTS?  https://www.facebook.com/share/3qRCVXYKNcNwtcLZ/?mibextid=79PoIi
That came up in my feed as well.  Nice, but the wife wouldn't want to shift gears.   This might be more in line https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/356191460295171

That looks like a scam to me.

So many look like scams.   What looks particularly scammy about it to you...apart from the guy's profile?

Price seems too good to be true, no license plate visible, it's clearly lowered but there's no mention of that, and the description is ultra generic.

Fair enough – for some reason I thought they were still well into the $20s.

Here is an interesting one - early hybrid rally car. Not sure what you'd do with it but interesting none the less.

$70k for the Fiero based kit car? Seems ambitious. At least they changed the interior as well.

When was the last time you saw one of these?

According to me wife this is not a suitable daily driver  ::)

Listed at No Reserve, only 6.1k USD at this time with 3 hours to go. Ron would like that I bet  :stick:

Forget the 400,000 km Mazda 6. How about a 2021 Escalade diesel with 243,000 miles?

Manual + awd Jaguar (yes, I know it's basically a Mondeo, but still neat - and cheap!)

Too bad it is the smaller V6. When I bought my XJR there was an X-type for sale locally that had the 3.0 V6 and a manual. I always thought these looked pretty good.

A fancy Contour! If it had similar suspension tuning to the Contour SVT that would be a hoot. A few glass jaw items but nothing compared to today's complexities.
