Seller answered with the date codes on the Jaaaag: JEK5012. Unless JDM codes are different from DOT, these tires are 11 years old! How would these tires pass a strict safety inspection? Both in Japan and with our out-of-province inspection?

I expect it's going to go for very little money, because '90sJag+RHD+NotInTheUSA+NoReserve+NoHistory. If I had parking room to spare, it would make a fun stay-behind car. Slap all-season Nokians and do a once-over, sell if any serious issue on the way.

My radiologist neighbour is anxiously waiting for the spring to have his JDM Skyline inspected by SAAQ, as it will finally be legal! Note that the BatJag has private Quebec plates and a SAAQ sticker in the windshield. Must be legal!

So someone placed my 1$ bid already on the Jag, and another bidder upped things at $500.

The Brampton Benz is still at $400 with 2 days to go.

Even though mine saw the dealer frequently you can't say that they were all duds. This V70R stacked on some impressive mileage.

For like $3000 you should be able to find a nice low kms Canadian spec XJ6, no reason to mess with a weird RHD unit with an obscure engine that'll have no parts availability in North American.

That Benz, which a little rough, is pretty sweet for $400. If I was still in the GTA I'd toss a bid on it just for fun.

Still sitting at $400 with 1 day left.

JDM Jag now at $1,500 USD, already beyond a bargain buy in my mind. The last X300 XJ6 on BaT went in the 4's and it was a lwb with solid wood passenger trays!

@firm, only four XJ6 in the country on Trader, all older, all with AS IS in capital letters  ;D

Car broker friend as a similar black E430 listed at NR on Fast Car Bids, a few needs but much less than the Brampton car.

Modded RHD 355 GTS F1 – but from the UK, not Japan. Might be the cheapest way into a decent 355.

Since I sense a lost opportunity from a certain jalopy expert here  :stick: :stick:, I offer this very similar listing:
