Its appearance is such a shame since it's really, truly good to drive. I suppose that's the reality for most BMWs these days though.

Imagine having to come out to your garage and see it every morning....

Starting every morning with violent projectile vomiting?  Well, no doubt some people are into that sort of thing.  :hurl:

I'm not into kink shaming either  ;D

That thing is feckin gorgeous...inside, out and from a parts point of view. See, BMW, you don't have to build cars that look like you are trying to scare small children

There's one of these on the street next to me. Always reversed in on the driveway. I feel so bad for the houses on the other side of the street.

You know, we've had some divisive topics in the last year on here but the absolutely horrible styling of new BMWs has united us in our mutual hate....that warms my cold, dead heart lol

I'm triggered enough to go through a bucket of red paint down at the BMW dealer.  ;D

Remember the good old times when only Lexus was shamed for their spindle grille?  :-X :P  Just saw the newest Rx350. Looked stunning in comparison to this.

BMW Moncton has a car very similar to mine, 2012 128i, auto, 57k kilometres, asking $26,950.  Good Lord.  I paid $16,400 in 2021 with 40k on it.

Yeah that seems overpriced.

I see that they finally sold that E30 cabriolet after cutting the price to $37k.

Just about peak Trans Am: 1979, 6.6 4-speed, real Y84 Special Edition (1 of 1,107), WS6, T-tops - I would re-install a stock shifter but that's one of the nicest ones I've seen on BaT. The Turbo was even more spectacular to look at, but 301 turbo/auto ain't a 400 cu.in. manual...

Noticed that too, my co-worker traded that car together with an F83 M4 to get a G83 M4 last summer.

The Turbo was a pooch.  I recall Car and Driver recorded a 1/4-Mile at 16.7 sec @ 86 mph.  What a letdown that was.

I was 11 when the quad-headlight, aero nose T/A came out, and 12 when the magic word "TURBO" appeared on the 'bird. Both made lasting impressions on this kid, growing up in a fairly blue collar town. One of the Turbo's powertrain guys knew how to get more power safely out of that mill, and without blowing it up. His aftermarket mods up the ante to 6.6 levels, and the engine still won't blow up (the General was cautious, and lead time to the production design was short). Covered in details in Elena Scherr's columns - and she owns one!

Late 2nd gen Trans Am is one of the most iconic American cars out there IMO...Top 3 at least. I put it up there with the 1st gen Mustang. Perfectly styled for the time, still looks great today, and just so engrained in pop culture from it's introduction right into the 90's. Shoulda bought a bunch of them when you could still grab them pretty clean for $10-15K.

LT4 flavoured Volvo anyone?  Neighbor of ours had a Bertone Coupe back in the day.  Light blue with a navy vinyl roof.  Still remains the only one I've ever seen in the flesh.

Got to love a low mile Lexus LS.  Price isn’t terrible but if I was in the market for one my starting bid would be $10k.  Love in the description how much power it has.
