I notice the aftermarket water temp guage. There is a factory one in the dash. I wonder if the original  engine was replaced because it overheated. ;)

The one on the dash shows that it's overheating now  :run:

And the oil pressure is low.

I think it might actually go off in that photo. I remember my uncle had an early 90's Sunbird of some sort and when you'd shut it off the gauges would all move to totally random positions. My Sonoma does something like that too, if you disconnect the battery, when you reconnect it all the gauges go wonky until you turn the ignition on and they all reset. Weird GM clusters...

I had a Grand Am GT with the HO Quad 4. Beat on that poor thing daily and somehow it never complained. These cars you don't see anymore in any condition.

I remember the Quad 4 being much maligned when it was new. They made good power but had no balance shafts and were thus terrible from a NVH point of view. They eventually added balance shafts which resulted in a bit less power.

Good for a chuckle...I had a 1985 - but mine was a 750 (did Canada ever even get the 700? Friend had an 84 and I'm pretty sure it was also a 750...anyway...)
No Reserve: 1984 Honda CB700SC Nighthawk S

Bought mine new off the showroom floor for $3500-$4000 - there aint no way in hell the guy bidding has ever ridden one.  Its 71 hp or whatever it had...was a dog even in its day.  You had to plan to pass like driving a Mazda 323 circa the same era.  Wind catches the carbs wrong and power drop was like 80%...if he rides it, he better re-route the carb vent tubes.  I'll give that the thing sounded really cool.  But...sucker born every minute.  That bike (I know I know...what someone will pay for it) aint worth more than double its new price.  Ever.  Does look nice though.

Other favourite BaT cars of the moment....wish I'd been smart and kept mine.  :'(
1966 Ford Fairlane 500 GT S-Code 4-Speed

I still love the looks of these things.  I'd happily be the "idiot" who paid $15k for it.  Less than 8 hrs left!
1988 Chrysler Conquest TSi 5-Speed
Such a cool looking little car from the outside.  LS swap anyone?  ;D

It's just so...cute!
1955 Volkswagen Beetle Deluxe

I'd buy this too for this kinda money, also only a few hrs left...could end up being a helluva deal.

I can't see why my wife hates these...facking one of the sexiest cars ever made...

Nice classic Ford...
1968 Ford Torino GT Convertible

I wish this was a '72...but it'll do.
No Reserve: 1973 Ford Gran Torino 2-Door Hardtop

Wow...low bid!

Or this one - hello Justin? (didn't/doesn't Pritchard have one of these?)
1997 Dodge Viper GTS

Yes please!
LS1-Powered 1962 Ford Econoline Travel Wagon

Another classic cutie!  Love it!
No Reserve: 1968 Fiat Moretti 500 Coupe

Always and forever such a fantastic looking car.
623-Mile 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R

THIS should be more than that garbage Nighthawk...
No Reserve: 1984 Honda VF1000F Interceptor

These things have shot up into unobtanium territory.  Total piles of shi# are stupid money - or they're asking stupid money.
383-Powered 1968 Chevrolet C10 Pickup
Is pretty though...one of those rare times when I'd be OK with the black wheels.

For the time though, that would be rather unique and different than a lot of cars on the road.  Nowadays though, yes boring as F.

Never too late to buy another. The 1966-67 Fairlanes were great looking cars.

That looks pretty good, only weird thing is the too small tires.   I like the colour

255/55-R18 is stock, he has 245/55-R18.   Not much difference, he must have got a deal or already had the tires.

Surprised to see this Cummins powered Land Cruiser built in my home province. Eye watering price tag though.

The same seller as my Pontiac Laurentian. Love the patina. I bet it would revive pretty easy.
