My colleague traded this 1987 325i in at BMW Moncton as part of his deal on a new M4 vert:

https://www.bmwmoncton.com/vehicles/1987/bmw/325i/dieppe/nb/56375470/?sale_class=used

Noticed a prominent local BMW collector is selling his E28 M5 through the dealership.  Saw this one up close at the "50 Years of M" event earlier this fall.  Beauty with an amazing exhaust rumble.

https://www.bmwmoncton.com/vehicles/1988/bmw/m5/dieppe/nb/56470343/?sale_class=used

So this 1987 325i cabriolet on BaT is very similar. More miles, but similar colour scheme. Will be interesting to see how much it goes for. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1987-bmw-325i-convertible-21/

I have a 1976 26-foot version.
Mine has a double bed in back and bunk beds up front.    That 23-footer looks like double in back and the table booth folds down for another bed.

Cool to see one on BAT....Definitely hugely underappreciated cars, and as some of the comments suggest, the last 'real' Cadillac in that it's a full-sized unit, focused on comfort above all else, powered by a smooth V8. Cadillac doesn't make anything like that today, which is a shame, because that was the attraction for me.

I've put about 1000km on mine over the last two weeks, mostly highway, and it's just a pleasure. A co-worker riding shotgun asked me what I'd replace it with, and I really don't have an answer. I like the 2-door ATS with the 3.6L, but it's a dramatically different car, superior dynamically, but doesn't have the size, comfort or presence of the big ole DTS. No interest in a V6 powered XTS, and even less interest in the ugly CT4/5/6 with their gruff 4 cylinders, or the V6 options.

Love the 2-door ATS.  Don't see too many of those around.

What about a Chrysler 300?

You beat me to it! Got one as an airport "limo" in 2019 and it had like 400,000 km on the odo. Driver claimed their only weak spot is the front end (guessing ball joints, links, etc.) but drivetrain - V6 in this case - was strong. Plus, the cop parts will bolt right on...

Yeah, 2-door ATS is a rarity for sure, even around here I only see a couple a year.

Chrysler 300 is nice, especially the 2014(?)+ with the facelift, I like those a lot. The Hemi in them is questionable in terms of it's longevity, but I guess the same could be said of the N* in the DTS. It's a good alternative, it would just be tough for me to get excited about a Chrysler....Plus, the V6's are everywhere, makes it feel a lot less special.

My DTS only just rolled 151K, is rust free, and mechanically sorted. So I don't have any intention to replace it anytime soon, unless something dramatic happens to it.

Regional thing - you hardly ever see a 300 around here, especially the later ones. Chargers we do see, with lots of lights and stickers  :cp2:. Getting a 300 at my end would mean getting something that nobody knows about! The most registred vehicle currently in my suburb of 50,000 residents is ... the Tesla Model 3.

The 300/Charger/Challenger are made in Brampton, so hometown advantage, lol. They're pretty popular throughout the GTA...Definitely more Chargers and Challengers, but the 300 is not obscure by any means.

It would be foolish to get rid of the DTS.

I'd take a CT5 any day if buying new. But used I'd love to find a clean DTS. Saw one today lumbering down the highway with a old lady driving, had a aftermarket carriage roof, chrome fender trim, aftermarket grill, and a spoiler lol.
