I don't really know much about this vehicle but it is appealing, especially with the colour choices.  When I think about buying a "classic" car I always gravitate to GT or cruisers.  I find if you want performance it's pretty hard to beat modern vehicles.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1997-lexus-sc400-6/
4 hours to go and still only a tick over $10K.
Finished at $15k, seems pretty reasonable to me, that would be like what $25k CAD once you factor in fees, taxes, duties, and exchange rate.  Still would be an epic 90’s cruiser.

Annnd, here's another.

Yeah but that one isn’t green and as Ron said earlier the 97 has 30hp bump.

Kid at work has a 92 SC400 that he daily drives, he's a car guy, so it's well kept, black/black, which is nice. He's been bellyaching recently about having to spend on some repairs lately; rear calipers and some other stuff...I sent him this as a reminder that the car is starting to get some value back in it, so a few hundo on calipers isn't a big deal.

I saw it the other day and he's running those twisty 5-spoke Grand Prix wheels as winters....offset is wrong so they sit too far in, but otherwise looked surprisingly OK.

Firm, if you ever find your DTS is lacking room, how about this one? Only 43,000 km and less than 10k$!

Yikes, lol, and I thought mine was too long. 'Drummond Hyundai' sticker prominently on the trunk lid seems like a terrible decision when you're selling a Cadillac limo. The fact that the air bag doesn't match the rest of the steering wheel is also pretty suspect, lol. Interesting interior layout though, maximum seating rather than the typical 'social' seating layout. Wonder what it was originally built for.

Judging by the low mileage and seating arrangement?

For that money I'd rather just buy a small fleet of 911s.

If you're burying that car, you already have several 911s IMO.

If I am spending that much money on a special Porsche I would be buying this.

I hear ya! But they're known to be difficult and unforgiving to drive. So says some owners we've chatted up at PCA events.

A Singer would work too for unlimited budget.
Totally Singer for the win.  I have heard that the GT is a handful but it's not like you should be tracking or daily driving it right.  I'd look at it similar to a Dodge Viper, you know damn well the thing is trying to kill you, so be extra careful

That's the difference.

You could daily the 918 if you were so inclined.

I get that, but would you?  Which do you think would feel more special, for me it would be Singer, then GT, then the 918, and I'd likely put a common GT3 over the 918, but that's just me.

Damn!  That is nice!  I'd take it over the '69 Camaro in the background.  I'd take it over Hoovies Daytona - and I'd bet you wouldn't get screwed on this one.  Never been my favourite style Cuda (didn't actually think they were likeable), but this one takes and bakes the cake!  Love it!

^^ just noticed the front plate  :rofl2:

I like these 'cudas - smaller, underrated and discretely muscular styling. Had the obscure MPC kit of the fastback as a kid.
