Yes I agree they are scarce. Just bugs me that a used one is so much money that is all. I realize it is supply and demand. One must try and hold out until this breaks ,if it ever does.
And it's not just Toyota's, but all trucks. I've got a buddy who had a two year lease on a '20 F-150. Nice truck: Lariat, Crew Cab, 3.5EB, etc. Like me, he recently decided that he didn't need a truck anymore. He still had a year left to go on the lease, but when he went to go trade it in on a Kia Carnival, they gave him enough to not only pay out the remaining year of the lease, but have a sizeable downpayment on the minivan.
It's a great time if you already own a truck and are looking to get out of it. If you're looking to get into a truck, well, you'd better want one really friggen badly. And be prepared to pay above MSRP for a used one.
