Beautiful.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1989-porsche-944-turbo-s-25/

Sport seats would make this perfect! It's lightly modified, so it won't be a hassle to maintain & with the mods it's pushing close to 300hp, stock was 247hp for this car. I'm sure its got big time turbo lag until that big K28 spools up. Not crazy about the 18" turbo twists though, too big in my opinion, ride would be quite compromised.

Turbo twists don't really work with the 944s styling IMO. They're better suited to the 968.

This is now sitting at 90k$ on BaT.

If I had Bill Gates money I'd buy it just to crush it. Or maybe gets some parts out of it before to restore its platform donor, an IH SUV.

There's been a 968 convertible for sale around here for several years now. Not sure if he still has it but it was listed last summer. I remember seeing it listed before i bought my S2000.  It never interested me so I didn't bother to look into any details. I really like them as a coupe but they look awkward as a convertible imo.

968 coupe would be a fun car, quick without the turbo lag of the 944, plus better reliability overall.

IIRC, more than half of them are convertibles.

I was saying to my brother the other day that I feel like the 968 is underpriced. I think they bottomed out in the low teens many years ago and nice six-speed coupes seem to go for around $20k USD. Seems like they could go up in value over the next few years. Unfortunately automatic cabrios seem to be the most common.

I was looking at an 89 944 Turbo in Guelph before I bought mine & the owner of that had a 968 as well. Unfortunately his 968 spun a bearing & killed the engine before we could work out a deal on his 944 Turbo.

I drove a few Magnums during my Lot Boy days at Transcona Dodge.  This is a nice one.  400 cu in V8 with the Lean Burn removed.  I always thought the headlight covers were cool.  Factory T-Tops!

This car was so cool that one forgot it was basically a Cordoba. I was 10 when this was new, loved those "euro" headlight covers too!

Rover 3500 with a stick - rare bird this side of the pond!

Manchester NH is a short drive from Montreal, I loved stopping there on the way to the beach house to load up at the NH Liquor Store - no taxes, a 25$ bottle of red was 8$...

My first new car is on BaT... Mine of course wasn't a JDM unit, but had 3 pedals and that great Milano red paint. I have a boxed Ferio 1/24 model kit waiting for me to resume hobbying...

$4400 for a wrong hand drive JDM learner car?    :o ::)  Not.

I would kinda like this...maybe not a convert, but they sound so cool, and it looks nicer than the one Yuri bought;D
2014 Fiat 500C 2dr Convertible Abarth $14,290

Fine, I'd even take it as a convert.  It'd be a blast in the city.

They cost about $5k just to import/bring over. Why that one? Not sure. Looks in nice shape buts its pretty mainstream, automatic and a bit meh to deal with the rhd.
