I'd take the Honda Element over the PT Cruiser.

I'd take a rusty bucket full of excrement over a PT cruiser...

The seating position was good and visibility was excellent.

A friend owned a PT while I owned a Sebring...   Amazing how well matched they were.

To paraphrase.

I could sit down, and see through the window. It was like a Sebring.

This is the best review of a car I have ever read.

I don't get the hate for the PT Cruiser. Its like the Nickelback of vehicles. The hate seemed outsized for what they actually are.

Yeah, I am not a fan. Very uncomfortable seating position, hard seats, underpowered (except for the turbo) and probably the worst turning radius of any vehicle I've driven. My cousin had a dark purple on tan Turbo Convertible as her first car, in fact I think my uncle kept it and he's driving it now  :rofl2:

This caught my eye earlier today... seems priced reasonably for the year & mileage.

If I've learned ANYTHING from watching Hoovie's garage, it's that these types of cars (cheap german cars in general) are huge money pits.

This one is fairly simple though, no ABC suspension, same V8 as my SLK which is stupid reliable & stout and then the old school 5spd slushbox that's dead reliable as well.

Yeah, I think a CLK55 would be a decent car without dumping piles of money into it. Looks like a good example, though something is up with the gaps on the front bumper. Cheap way to get into a proper AMG V8, even if that generation CLK looks a little frumpy with that tall round roofline and tall rear quarters.

Same price as Dent's Taurus, USD though.

1993 Chrysler Imperial 4dr Sedan - $2,977
3.8L V6 / 150 hp

I bet a few seniors rounded the corners on these front ends.

Yeah, I like the wheel style but those ones look way too big on that car.  That's actually a really nice car otherwise though.  One of my favorites car designs of all time, and it looks really good in white.

I agree with you, these wheels are way too big on that car... :-\
