Low km and looks clean too.

The ST was the top trim in 2007.  2.3L with 151 hp.

I'd like to see better pics of the rocker panels. Appear to be painted black. Covering up rust ? In the Maritimes these cars suffer from rusty rockers.

Good eye.  The rockers should match the body colour.

I just bought a 2011 2 door Focus SES. I actually really like it, zippy, good on fuel, and this one is fully loaded with nice options. I agree that the rockers on these turn to swiss cheese and need to be carefully looked at.

That Ion would be better as a Redline with the same powertrain as the Cobalt SS. Love the dual suicide doors though.

On my former 2000 SW2 5MT, I put on Ion3 mags, which were a nice add-on before I sold it to a friend of mine many years ago but has been retired last June

Guaranteed the rockers have been repaired.  We had to get the rockers done on our 2001 Focus Wagon at around year 9.  Car was great mechanically but they rust quickly.  Typical Ford.  We had ours rust proofed a couple of times as well but I didn't keep up with that.

I bought a ticket... https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/winnipeg/classic-car/1544393607

I guess by telling you...means I aint gonna win now.  :'(

Also, this looks kind of interesting.  Maybe not my favorite Chevy II, but, it would be light as a feather and any old small block would probably make it fast enough.  A nice (old school) 5.0 out of a Ford maybe!  ;D

Right wheels and it's a good looking little car.

A 1986 Hyundai Stellar is on Cars and Bids, with just 92k on it. I never realized these were RWD although it makes sense. Funny to think that a "luxury sedan" came with 13" wheels and 74 hp.

I was living in Antigonish NS in the late '80s and the only non-Big Three dealer in town was a Hyundai store. I remember Stellars being a fairly common sight.

^^ Nice one! Three different brands of tires  ;D I remember when these were new many had wonky tailights, ie brakes wired to reverse, flashers on brake, etc. Always entertaining to follow one.

That’s because no one but Hyundai thought this was a “ luxury sedan”  :rofl2:

I actually owned a Stellar for a short period of time. It was actually a pretty decent car. Then I cut it up as a Lotus Seven donor. I think I still have the factory workshop manual. Its interesting. Built off the Ford Cortina so translated from British English to Korean then to Canadian English so some very odd sentences.

I'd buy this one for sure if it were closer. Even with the lousy automatic.

I thought you were going to say the car was three different brands. Ford-platformed, Mitsubishi-powered, Hyundai-badged. And designed by Giugiaro to boot.

Touché.  ;D

I have to wonder how easy it would be to swap something like a 302 in?

Yes! I had a 1.6L/5spd one. You could also get the 2.0L with the five speed. Interesting fact - the 2.0L gearbox would bolt to a DSM turbo engine (Eagle Talon, etc).

Yeah, a five-speed manual was standard, three-speed auto was optional. This is a rare "Executive", of which less than 20 or 30 or something were made. I don't think I've ever seen another one.

Do you know what makes it Executive? Those snazzy 13" alloys?  ;D

There's a Choke symbol on the dash.  Does this car have a manual choke?

What in the ever living F...is this...
2008 VTX reverse trike

What is that grill?  Chrysler?  Something Italian?

Now...how do I get THIS one shipped to Mb??
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-touring/gatineau/2005-honda-vtx-1800/1546318518

I like that.  Doesn't look like it would try to kill me, and with 100 lb ft of torque...it will at least move out well enough.

13" alloys, manual sunroof, power windows and locks I believe. It was extremely rare.

Yeah, these are carb'd with a manual choke.
