Is it weird that I kinda like this? Other than the dreadful interior colours...
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/regina/2-0-0-2-ford-thunderbird/1508787054
2002 T-Bird - $15,500

A Coyote oughta bolt right in, right?  Or maybe a 2003 Cobra engine...

Anyone want a grand old FGC Luxo-barge?
1994 Merc W140 500SEL  $6500 OBO
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/winnipeg/w140-500sel-saftied-6500-obo/1510944628

Is that a good FGC or is it your standard FGC?  Other than Porsche (?) are there any good FGCs?

Last but not the least of today's, and also mostly wanted, cars...a 1968 BelAir 2 door post granny car...if granny also happens to be Shirley Muldowney.
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/saskatoon/bench-seat-big-block-4spd/1511088506
And only #22,500... :-\

I really like those old post cars.

They are kind of cartoony but I like them as well. Usually go for good money. They used a Jag/Lincoln V8 so I doubt its anything close to bolt in.

Well, a new word to add to your personal dictionary: STELLANTIS

"FCA and Groupe PSA merge to form new automotive brand Stellantis"
https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/windsor/fca-groupe-psa-automotive-industry-stellantis-merger-1.5650752
"Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and Groupe PSA have rebranded as new automotive company Stellantis after announcing a merger late last year."

Derived from ‘stello’, a Latin verb meaning “to brighten with stars”, the name evokes the spirit of the new group and the ambitious alignment of its storied automotive brands.
Gone but not forgotten in chronological order: 2019 Volt, 2013 Volt, 2014 Spark EV, 2012 Volt and many others before...

This is what I thought of when I read the name.

Well at least it is a word, and not K34VU.

Still, doesnt really roll off the tongue, sounds like a startup for an app.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Autoextremist had a suitable/funny description of it;

http://www.autoextremist.com/on-the-table1/

Excerpts -
" the next step will be the unveiling of a logo. (Oh no, please spare us.) "

" the Internet exploded in richly deserved - and thunderous - ridicule, comparing the name to a new drug, complete with the listing of side effects and associate complications when taking it. This is exactly what I mean when companies become blissfully enamored with the dulcet tones of their own thought balloons in this business "

It's not perfect, but that won't stop this Beetle from getting expensive.  Current bid is $6,200 and there are six days to go.

5 yrs ago $6200 would've bought it.  Maybe less.

It's a '67, a holy-grail model year with a whole bunch of year-specific parts, vdubbers love these! Last year for bumper overriders, first year for upright sealed beams, first year for 12V electrics IIRC

You are correct, sir!  Add, two-speed wipers and a dual-circuit braking system.

This needs everything but very cool. Not up on values of these to know if $3k is totally out to lunch or not. Seems high-ish.

Ooohhh, thats a cool little truck. The price isn't bad for a fairly rust free and complete unit.
Lighten up Francis.....
