The Fox Body's are 30 years old. They're classics now.
To put it into perspective: A 1989 Mustang is to 2020 what a 1969 Mustang was to 2000. And a 1969 Mustang was certainly considered a classic car in 2000.
Yeah but a 64 1/2 was a first year car, it was at least special. I didn't think the Foxbodies were anything to call home about, and I had one. To pay that much for a meh car from the 90s, is to me anyways, glue sniffing ludicrous.
How much does an unmolested 90's Supra go for again?
exactly

People paid crazy dollars for meh muscle cars a few years ago, some Darts with nothing special about them, etc. The Radwood Effect is in full swing now, newtimer classic cars from the 80s and 90s are really desirable now as those doing the collecting are beginning to be the ages where those cars were childhood dream cars etc. They are the new classics, get used to it
