I wonder what the reliability of a 200k S7 would be like. This is a lot of car for just over $20k. Even has the $6500 B&O stereo option.

Dang, that seems like a great value. Beauty of a car that still looks fairly fresh. Would make a great occasional fun car.

BAT has been less interesting lately as it is less about oddballs and more about rich dude's toys. But here is an interesting one (probably still for a rich dude). Most Berkeleys don't have their original engines anymore and this replacement actually fits under the hood. Not sure about the colour scheme but love it otherwise.

Are those drum brakes mounted outboard of the wheels? On closer look, it appears the wheel rims clamp onto the drum brake assembly like Dayton Wheels on a truck.

Wow. A 850 Spider is not a real bit car - that 350 would be a tight fit. Never mind it used to be air cooled and rear engined! I am a fan of decent engine swaps by that one is ruined with too large engine, automatic, and 4x4 stance.

Give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach the man to fish and he wakes you up at 5 in the morning.

We will find out!

The Jag X-type had a spotty reliability history.

If you are seriously considering this car, I would research it diligently on British car/Jag North American forums and learn of all the pitfalls up front. Secondly, I would check local indy Jag repair garages for their opinion of X-types in general.

lastly, I would start going to church, because you will need all the help you can get.  :rofl2:

This E63 wagon is a steal. Anyone want to buy my JCW?  ;D

I really like that gen of the E wagon plus it had the normally aspirated V8 in it. The $100K you save vs new can go towards any issues.

Background looks like the Tuner Valley area.
