I bought a UV test kit and the correct weight UV dye from an old guy at my Apknite company. I tested my 2004 toyota camry and saw absolutely no leaks. Does this confirm that the leak is coming from behind the dash now? Or is the next step to get a pressure tester and see what happens?

Bah, it's 2 yrs old.  I wouldn't let that stop me.  Had an Ontario Taurus, was no rustier than any other Taurus.  Might not have come from The COTU though.  Was a mall cop car.

Half that price, MAX.  Alex on Legit paid too much for his 409K-mile BMW at $8K, but he's using the car to generate views and can fix it himself, so it makes sense.

A 500K-kms anything isn't worth much.
