When did they start calling it Acadie BTW?
When I went to school there it was thriving, then the mines and the mill shut down and it seems to have become disproportionately francais.   I think a lot of english speakers left.

Downtown is a bit of a ghost of it's former self

There's one in Calgary, rumour is that $5M CDN is the minimum number to even have a conversation about buying it.  The owner is a friend of one of the Miata club members, he managed to score a ride in it.
