That's probably just as scary to own as Chaos's Alfa...   ;D

I would totally rock it, that Audi is gorgeous and in my dream "90s" garage. Just needs a turbo chirping away and you are in Group B nostalgia heaven.

I meant more in terms of reliability and maintenance costs...

I don't think maintenance costs are too bad and there isn't a whole hell of a lot to go wrong. Not that many electronics to mess with.
Lighten up Francis.....

Thats why I want it...so I can pretend I'm Walter Rohrl on my way to get groceries.

For that you need something older and even scarier when it comes to reliability and maintenance costs...  LOL!
I'd rather be car-poor than house-poor...

Are you delusional?  LOL!  Old FGC?  Brig had an Audi 90 from that era.  Ask her about it sometime...

I had a mid 80s Audi 5000. Some of the electronics didn't work but the car started everyday.

you know that would not scare me away one bit...especially for $6500 asking and the condition it is in with the parts and love that has been put into it already.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Yeah the electronics will drive one to drink heavily, the engines are darn near bulletproof though. Love my 5000T but scared to drive it too much as parts are scarce.

Back in the early days of emission controls when carburetors still rules there was a supposedly a problem with straight 6 engines in that the length of the inlet made it difficult to keep fuel air mix equal all the way along.

Can I post this here?  I dunno.  I figure some of you may like this.

Cool, maybe Ford will bring the Barra 4L I6 here and finally have a proper engine to drool over.

Fellow in Indiana selling his collection of 13 Chrysler TCs by Maserati.  Buy all 13 and you'd have enough parts for one good car.   :rofl2:

I get obscure classics...but with these I honestly cannot see a case. Still...hope some eclectic soul takes at least one and keeps it on the road, if nothing but for a history lesson.

13 fancy Lebarons....sure...I've got a few hundred bucks kicking around. 200 years from now at Barrett-Jackson that will still be a $1000 in mint condition with 12 miles on it lol

This can be solved by the use of a set of three Weber carbs ;D
