Oooo…I like that Spirit! My brother in law had one very similar in red with a manual transmission years back. He blew the engine and sold it.

If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

This guy documented everything he spent. It's a W12, but IIRC his costs were not engine related

It's an entertaining listen

This might work from my phone. Always wanted one of these specifically. The 2 door cheapy model not the fastback.

Too bad I still have a year on my lease elsewise.....
The trans not having reverse gear just means an A500/A518 swapout.

I agree with the price kinda, it is one of the most special vehicles to be made in it's era. Certainly the most special car Lexus has ever, and probably will ever, make.

The pushrod Caddy motor is lighter and probably more reliable. I think they are an easier swap. Not sure if its the wing but almost looks like the roof has been lowered.

Twinzie to my car in Nova Scotia:

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1975-triumph-tr6-73/

That's already really good money for that particular car IMO....she looks shiny but she's rough. Rockers are wavy, missing the finishing strips and painted gloss instead of the pebble black, someone has rigged the grill into place with some homebrew fastener system, frame looks OK for a TR6 but questionable in a few places, engine bay is just full of ugly overspray. If I can spot that in 1 minute flipping through photos there's a lot more wrong with that car...Goes to show that the market on these is not slowing down...
