Saw this on Reddit. Checks all of the boxes: wagon, RWD, manual, brown, V8, rare, used.

Nope...it's a diesel short of being the dream.  Too bad.  Otherwise I'd buy it.  But not now, not with that gas pig of a V8 under the hood.  I'm out.

Wow. Always thought it would be cool to pick one of these up used but they simply aren't depreciating.

And that is $52K American dollars! Hard pass no matter how great it is.

This should also be in the found on the internet thread.

So. Much. Want!!

https://www.roadandtrack.com/motorsports/a31134937/the-ktm-x-bow-gtx-is-a-600-hp-five-cylinder-monster/

That would make one helluva daily driver.  Even detuned to 300ish hp.  How much fun would it be pulling in to work in that...gives a man purpose.

And lots of this...while sitting at your desk...

How'd I eff that up...

How did this Aspen get out of Manitoba without Bubba seeing it. Appears to be fairly solid except for 1 fender.

Price isn't crazy either.

I probably would have paid that to keep it here.

If it was closer to me I'd buy  it . My dad had a 76 Volare. The car I first learned  to drive in.

It's a vinyl even in today's vehicles.  In the past, you used to get vinyl in the base cars, and you'd pay extra to get the cloth seats.  Nowadays, you get the cloth seats in the base vehicle, and pay extra to get the vinyl seats, with a couple of small patches of leather 'trimming'.

Isn't it usually leather seating surfaces, and the sides/trimmings are the fake stuff?  I've had a car with vinyl - that was fecking cold stuff.  Then again they've probably come a long way since 1972.  Was like sitting on flexible puck board.  Could hardly get a grip on your girlfriend, she'd just slip away...take a corner too fast and she's in the door...or in your lap - depends on the turn.

Here's a good (albeit unsafe) first car for your kids!
https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/portage-la-prairie/1978-ford-fairmont/1491182636?undefined

Says it has 40,000 original kms.

Too bad it's probably over budget for Dent's beater challenge.
